Darren Keaye
Darren
is an actor based in Toronto. He graduated Acadia University from the Theatre
Studies program and also attended the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA)
where he completed the One Year Classical Acting course. He was also awarded his
Advanced Stage Combat certificate from the Society of British Fight Directors.
Darren has worked across Canada and parts of the U.S. touring and performing in
various theatres. Shows include: Dancing in Poppies (the Grand Theatre) The Edible Woman (Can Stage), Tourist
Trap by Lorne Elliott (Chester Playhouse, Theatre Aquarius, Theatre on the
Grand), Soldier’s Heart (Tarragon), Sideshow
of the Damned (Factory Theatre- SummerWorks), Broadway
Joe (Festival of New Works- University of Michigan) Walking
on Water (New Stages Peterborough), An
Inspector Calls (Neptune), Pygmalion,
Matchmaker, Othello (Atlantic Theatre Festival) and various shows with Mermaid
Theatre, Two Planks & a Passion, and Shakespeare by the Sea. Darren has also
been active doing improv in Toronto with All Canadian Theatre Sports and Micetro
Impro
